DHAI-R has decided to assist its members of River View South, DHA Ph-IV. The organization has extended the deadline for depositing the Confirmation Payment, including associated charges, until October 10, 2023, providing valuable members more time to fulfil this requirement.

Furthermore, members have been granted the flexibility to modify their Payment Plans in accordance with the yearly charges, with this option being available until October 10, 2023. Additionally, for those seeking greater convenience, Payment Plans can be extended to a 4-Year Installment Plan, subject to the applicable yearly charges.

The option to designate a nominee for the First Transfer will remain open until October 10, 2023, offering members an extended window to make this important decision.

Moreover, DHAI-R has undertaken measures to enhance affordability for its members by reducing the Initial Confirmation Payment. This reduction has been achieved by consolidating Government Taxes into other instalments. However, it’s important to note that Government Taxes must be settled at the time of allotment letter issuance or the sale/transfer of the plot, whichever occurs earlier.

DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has  announced the launch of limited residential plots in Sector River View South, Phase-IV. The available plot sizes include 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, catering to both local and overseas Pakistanis. Situated on Adyala Road, the project boasts a spacious entrance and a gated community with meticulous town planning adhering to global standards.

Applicants have the convenience of choosing between a variety of payment plans, ranging from 1 to 3 years. The application process can be completed online by creating an applicant login on the official website, or manually by downloading the application form from the same website. The processing fee is non-refundable, and applicants must submit the completed form along with the required documents and a bank draft/pay order payable to “Defence Housing Authority Rawalpindi” at the Marketing Directorate DHA Head Office in Phase-l, DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi.

Eligibility criteria for applicants require possession of a valid National CNIC, with no restriction on multiple applications. The last date to apply is July 17th, 2023. It’s important to note that prices for the residential plots exclude applicable DHA charges and government taxes, such as membership fees, processing fees, P.S.T, advance tax, and stamp duty. Additionally, there is a 10% surcharge on corner category plots.

The balloting for plot allocation will take place within two weeks after the campaign concludes. Applicants who are successfully allocated plots are required to make a 15% confirmation payment within 30 days after the balloting. The possession of the plots is expected within three years, providing ample time for planning and development.
