This project was started in 2005 as DHA Islamabad Phase 1 Extension but with the announcement of this project as DHA Phase 4 in 2014,  a major projection was seen from 50 lac to 95 lacs-97 lacs. Again a massive growth has been noticed in 2022 when files rates increase from 1 crore 20 lacs to 2 crores 70 lacs as of major sectors were developed following year

DHA Islamabad recently launched the Overseas Sector of Phase 4 on 20 Nov 2022, Forms are available on the DHA  Islamabad website. Fill out the form and submit it through the bank. The last Date for submitting forms is 12 Dec 2022

After submitting forms, within 2 weeks balloting will be done, and after 30 days 20% downpayment will be deposited in accordance with a payment plan

The overseas sector is adjacent to DHA Phase 1 from the C Orchard Block of phase 1. 

When you take the exit to C Orchard Block, the overseas sector starts from the right side of the monument and leads to Sector A of DHA Phase 4. On the right side, Askari 14 is situated. And across the Sawan River, Bahria Town is situated. 

Overall on a heightened location, just like the mirror image of the Intellectual Village of Bahria Town Phase 7

1 Kanal and 10 Marla plot sizes are available in this phase.
